First Reading of an ordinance to close and abandon an unnamed 10 foot wide alley located in Block 1, Booty and LaSeuer Addition between 13th and 14th Streets, pursuant to Section 311.007 of the Texas Transportation Code, for the safety and public benefit of the municipality at large, to the owners abutting the alley’s east line; and to authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents – Travis Baird, Real Estate Services Manager
